By placing an order with Cristal Flower Shop LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

All floral arrangements and products are made to order and subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers, containers, or colors of equal or greater value due to seasonal or supply limitations while maintaining the overall style and value of the arrangement. 

Orders must be placed with accurate recipient and delivery information. Cristal Flower Shop LLC is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or restricted access to buildings. Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery is required. 

Delivery dates and time are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the stated cutoff time and is subject to availability. 

All sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for additional details. 

Cristal Flower Shop LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
