Because our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are final. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on fresh floral arrangements, plants, or customized items once they have been delivered or picked up. 

If there is an issue with your order ( such as damaged flowers or an incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with a photo of the arrangement. We will gladly review the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. 

Delivery fees are non-refundable. Redelivery fees apply if delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or incorrect information. 

Please note that slight variations in flower type, color, container, or design may occur due to seasonal availability. These variations are part of the natural beauty of floral arrangements and are not considered defects.
